resource-agents-dev software package provides Cluster Resource Agents Development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install resource-agents-dev
resource-agents-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the resource-agents-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep resource-agents-dev *
You will get with resource-agents-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
